Costa Rica - Monitoring of Prices and Labels
The Consumer Protection Agency was monitoring prices and information provided on the labels of several products in three specific areas on the market: 1. prices of toys, 2. ingredients to make tamales and 3. Chinese products sold on the market. After each market study was conducted, there was a press release about the final data obtained (see the three documents below called “Estudio ingredientes para tamales”, “Estudio de juguetes” and “Estudio producto chino”).
