ICPEN re-launches guidelines on online reviews and endorsements
In June 2016, ICPEN produced a set of guidelines for market participants involved in online reviews and endorsements. One year on, it is re-launching this guidance and encouraging review administrators, traders and marketers, and digital influencers to read and act upon it. ICPEN has also published examples of the actions that member states have taken to improve practices in this area.
