United Kingdom - Office of Fair Trading secures promotional blogging disclosures

In precedent-setting enforcement action, the Office of Fair Trading has received undertakings from Handpicked Media, a UK operator of a commercial blogging network, requiring them to clearly identify when promotional comments have been paid for or otherwise remunerated.
