Grays to redress consumers and pay AU$10 million in penalties for misleading descriptions of cars for sale by auction
The Federal Court of Australia has ordered Grays eCommerce Group Limited, an Australia-wide online auction business, to pay AU$10 million in penalties, in proceedings brought by the ACCC.
