Unites States - FTC Permanently Shuts Down Notorious Rogue Internet Service Provider

At the Federal Trade Commission's request, a district court judge has shuttered 3FN, a rogue internet service provider that distributed spam, spyware, child pornography and other malicious content. A court-appointed receiver will sell the ISP's seized computer servers and other assets and the operation has been ordered to turn over $1.08 million in ill-gotten gains.
