  • ICPEN International Internet Sweeps - the International Internet Sweep is an initiative of worldwide consumer protection agencies working together to combat cyberscams and aim to increase consumer confidence in e-commerce.
  • Econsumer.gov - the site allows you to file complaints related to cross-border transactions and to learn about ways to resolve your disputes with foreign traders through ADR.
  • Fraud Prevention Month - a database of education campaigns run every year by ICPEN countries, within the framework of the Fraud Prevention Month, under one theme but focusing on an issue relevant to each individual participating agency.
